Historic villa in Warsaw

Design of the living space in the villa in Warsaw's Mokotow. The character of existing historic architecture, a specific approach of Investors, unusual number of valuable or simply interesting family heirlooms, were not an easy, but inspiring starting point for tackling the issue. It was particularly important to meet the assumption of making significant changes in the functional layout in a way that does not suggest any violation of the existing space. Another important aspect was the use of means building the background allowing to combine many different elements intended for use in this space, to fit into the character of the building, but avoiding literal quotations, rather going in the direction of interpretation, sometimes with a grain of salt.
